Privacy
What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.
Short version: we count page visits so we know which pages get read. We never take your card details, and we never publish data about the girls.
We never handle your money on this site
There is no payment form anywhere here and no card field to fill in. Every “Donate” button takes you to the project page, where you can read what each gift buys, and from there to the secure checkout run by Statloba For Good, our 501(c)(3) partner. Your name, address and card go to them, under their privacy policy, on their systems — not ours. If you want to know what happens to your donor details, their site is the place to ask.
What we do collect
One thing: Google Analytics 4, and only if you say yes. It tells us how many people read a page, roughly where in the world they were, and which links they followed — enough to know whether this site is doing its job. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a repeat visit.
Advertising signals are switched off outright, not left to a setting: no ad storage, no ad personalisation, no data shared for ad purposes. We are measuring whether our own pages get read, not building an audience to sell.
Until you answer the banner, analytics is denied and nothing is stored. That is the default in the page itself, so if you ignore the banner, close it, or block our scripts entirely, you are not measured.
What we never collect
- Card numbers, bank details, or anything to do with a payment.
- Your name or email, unless you write to us yourself.
- Anything at all about the girls. Their photographs and positions are published here with consent; nothing about them is gathered from you or sent anywhere by this site.
Change your mind
Analytics is switched off until you allow it.
This setting lives in your own browser, on this device. Clearing your site data resets it, and you will be asked again.
Children
This site is written for supporters, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. How we protect the girls in the club’s care — consent before any name, face or story is published, and the right to withdraw it — is a separate and more important document: read the safeguarding note.
Asking us
Write to hello@chipatagirlsfc.com. If you want the analytics record of your visits removed, say so and we will ask Google to delete it — though the honest answer is that it is not tied to your name, so what we hold is a visit, not a person.
